Group Show Opening TONIGHT!

I was invited last minute to participate in a group show at the Beebe Estate in Melrose and the opening is from 7-9 TONIGHT! I didn't have any new paintings so I decided to print up six of my old shirt.woot designs for it since I've never shown them anywhere but online. I think they look pretty sweet hung as a group, if I do say so myself. Its a mix bag show with photography, painting silkscreen and my didital illustrations. Come check us out!

I'm today's featured artist on Empty Easel!
Empty easel is a great website for beginner and professional artists that has loads of advice, tips and tricks on how to make and market your work with new articles every weekday. On Wednesdays they run a featured artist column and Ms. Cassie Behle wrote an incredibly flattering column about my work featuring The Lost Ones, The Ukelele Lesson and Savannah Stairs. Be sure to check it out as well as everything else Empty Easel has to offer!

The Modern Art Prints
One of my fellow artists (in this case a photographer) on imagekind put together a rather nice website, The Modern Art Prints, to promote print sales for himself and other artists whose work he felt deserved highlighting. I was extremely flattered to be included in his selection, especially since it is easy to get lost in the sea of art on imagekind itself. Check it out and think about purchasing a print from a struggling, virtually unknown artist or photographer (and not necessarily ME, although it's always apppreciated!) as a gift this holiday season.
